How do I book the space?
To confirm your event, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event.
What is the Rental Rate?
The space rents for $500/hour with a 4-hour minimum. This includes a 1-hour setup and 1-hour breakdown window on either end of your event.
What is the Capacity?
We can host up to 125 guests depending on layout.
We offer flexible configurations for seated dinners, cocktail-style events, corporate functions, and more.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes! We are proudly BYOB and BYOF. We’re happy to assist with vendor recommendations or help coordinate catering and food trucks
What’s included with my rental?

What are the staffing requirements?
A certified bartender from Centre Court Productions is required if alcohol is being served.
Events with over 75 guests drinking require two bartenders.
Events with under 75 guests drinking may require an additional staff member for support.
Events running past 9 PM require a security guard.
